THE FUTURE’S SOO BRIGHT I GOTTA WEAR SHADES
Modern society is running low on HOPE, so it’s out to steal yours because misery loves company. But, Hope is the essential fuel for the future, the oil on which a brighter tomorrow burns. We hope that things improve, we hope that our childrens’ lives will be better than ours. We hope we get a better job, that the disease is cured, that we find true love, that we make the sale, that our efforts are not in vain. Hope for the future, keeps you fighting in the present. Without hope we give up, we stop fighting, stop trying because what’s the point? Without hope perseverance withers.
Where does your hope come from? Is it an inexhaustible source? Can I share mine with you? It’s a promise from One who cannot lie.
